Part 12 takes place shortly after Part 11, and right before Thanksgiving. It focuses mostly on Sophia, but everyone is in it for at least some of the story. Spoilers below.

Sophia is waiting in a hotel room, having been rented out to a guest. The guests, to her surprise, were actually Andrea and Zainab with Megan following behind soon. The only restriction is that the casino requires "sexual" activity occur to prevent the risk of contract violation. So while Sophia relaxes in a tub, Zainab offers to volunteer so that Andrea wouldn't have to participate. Andrea is greatful, asking only that Zainab try to go easy on her.
Once Sophia gets out, Zainab trys to get her to relax by offering they "trade" roles. Once Zainab sees how excited that makes Sophia, she shackles herself up in Sophia's collar and cuffs. Sophia strips Zainab, ties her shackles to the ceiling and floor, whips her, and the leaves her naked, knowing that doing so would be enough to count as "sexual." Megan returns with Andrea and together the four of them enjoy the night, eventually going out where they connect up with one of the other staff members named Rob.
The next day, the girls decide they should get the "sexual" part out of he way early. When Sophia cringes at using her friends like that, Andrea suggest inviting the guy they met last night to come over. They call him and he quickly agrees, having admitted before that he likes being dominated by women. At one point he asks Sophia to fuck him in his ass. Sophia is scared about hurting him so he pleads with Zaianb to do it. However, when Andrea hears through the doors that this is happening, she calls out for Zainab as she has a similar sudden panic to ones she had in the cabin with Lea. When Sophia hears it is their last night together she beings to panic herself, but Zainab goes to calm her down, allowing her to realize just how much better she actually has felt from having the time off.
